Ok, so I know the Super Bowl is so 4 weeks ago, but I had to talk about the stadium. I went to SoFi this year and I loved every second of it. I’m a huge sports fan, eventually I plan to go to every stadium. My first impression of SoFi was basically, wow this is LA as f*ck. It was so elegant, yet boujee. I felt like I had a 7 figure income by social interaction. Unfortunately you can’t contract money as easily as Covid.
My cousin has season tickets, his buddies are Rams fans and he just likes sports in general. So I was hyped to get a free “tag along pass” to see this epic field. I had so much fun! I have to say watching a team that isn’t your favorite is a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable.
By the way, can we talk about how you have to pay more to be in the tailgating parking lot though?? I’m from the Midwest originally and we tailgate like no one’s business, ok? So when I was casually drinking on the side of the car, I was shocked to find out I had to be in the car to enjoy my pre-game beverage. I’m not sure if that’s their definition of tailgating or if the rich people over yonder play cornhole…. I guess I’ll never know.
Oh and guess how much drinks were? Well I didn’t pay for any of mine, but I do know my double Tito’s soda was like $24. So basically, you can’t pre game unless you’ve got money and you can’t drink unless you’ve got money, so yeah… welcome to LA. Although, that’s what you plan for when going to a game anywhere.
Money jokes aside, SoFi is possibly my favorite stadium I’ve been to so far. I highly recommend. Glad I got to go before they were SB champs. Although, they took an L at the game I went to vs the Cardinals.
Stay tuned for more stadium adventures!
